Quick How To Guide to booking for this event

Patient and Public Voice (PPV) is vital to our Network

Did you know that your hospital is part of the Lifelong Congenital Heart Disease Network? Our aim is to deliver specialist care closer to you.

We have Fetal/Paediatric and Adult PPV Representatives on our board who want to engage with patients, parents and carers to discuss issues and gather views. These views are then raised with our Board to be discussed to see how improvements to your service can be made.

Click on the image to see full poster and get in touch with any of the PPV Representatives via thecontact us option at the bottom of this page.

PPV-Led Virtual Drop In SessionS

Our Patient & Public Voice (PPV) Reps regularly host virtual sessions to gather your thoughts and experiences on various topics. Unfortunately, the planned session on the topic of  Transition – Moving from children’s to adult services in September is being postponed and we hope to re-visit this on a later date.

However, if you have any comments to make on this topic, please email chdnetwork@gstt.nhs.uk  marking the subject of the email ‘Comments on Transition’ and we will gather your views and pass onto the PPV Reps.

Here are some suggestions of what to share with us below:

Thinking about the transition from paediatrics to adult services, how would you rate your experience from 1-10? (1=bad, 10=great)

  • Do you have any good examples to share?
  • Can you comment on what challenges you may have faced?
  • What could have been/be done better?
