Thurs: Echocardiography

Hosted by: Paediatric CHD Teaching Team at ELCH/RBH

Suitable for: Physiologists, Clinical Fellows, Paediatric Cardiologists, Network PECs, Cardiac Nurse Specialists and all healthcare staff who are interested in CHD.

Paediatric ECG Courses

Acute Paediatric Arrhythmia Course – 26 June 2026

A one-day in person course in London led by an expert faculty of paediatric electrophysiologists, focusing on the practical management of arrhythmias in neonates, infants and children. The faculty will work through a series of interactive real-life case scenarios, discussing the pearls and pitfalls in arrhythmia management in various settings ranging from the emergency department, intensive care unit, inpatient ward and outpatient clinic; and consolidating these with a few short lectures. Limited to 50 participants.

Audience: Aimed at Paediatric Consultants and Trainees, A&E Consultants and Trainees, PICU Consultants and Trainees, Paediatric Cardiology Trainees, and ANP / Specialist Nurses.

ACHD Nightingale Nursing International Forum Friday 9 October 2026.

This FREE (ONLINE) aims to bring together an international community of clinicians and nurses to support collaboration, share expertise and advance patient-centred care in Adult Congenital Heart Disease.

Abstract Submission deadline: 15th Sep 2026

We welcome abstract submissions (250–300 words) aligned with the themes of the forum.

Submissions will be peer-reviewed and organised into the following areas:

  • Innovation in ACHD Clinical Practice and Service Delivery
  • Patient-Centred Care, Quality of Life and Psychosocial Health
  • Transition, Lifelong Care and Ageing in ACHD

Accepted abstracts will be included in the symposium abstract booklet to support international collaboration and shared learning.

Paediatric ECG Courses

Essential Paediatric ECG Course – 16 October 2026

A one-day, in-person course in London led by an expert faculty of paediatric electrophysiologists, focusing on the interpretation of ECGs in neonates, infants and children. Through a combination of lectures and multiple small-group interactive workshops, participants will improve their skills in the interpretation of paediatric ECGs and develop a systematic approach to the recognition and management of childhood arrhythmias. Limited to 60 participants.

Audience: Aimed at Paediatric Consultants and Trainees, A&E Consultants and Trainees, PICU Consultants and Trainees, Paediatric Cardiology Trainees, and ANP / Specialist Nurses.
