The Lifelong Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Network provides care in Fetal Cardiology, Paediatric Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) for patients in London, South East England and the East of England. We are a partnership of nearly 50 hospitals spanning a geography of 6,000 square miles.
A Network is a partnership between providers, commissioners and patients, who work together to optimise healthcare. Your Network aims to deliver this care locally to you, closer to home to the highest possible standard, by bringing clinicians together, delivering world-leading education, and always placing our patients at the centre of everything we do.
